She couldn't deny that she felt a fluttering in her chest as his hands moved over her leg. He was acting as her doctor; it shouldn't stir those feelings.
"Thank you," she said softly. "I suppose I am very lucky to receive a house call." She smiled, a bit of playfulness dancing in her eyes.
"You're too kind," she said, standing up, still careful about putting weight on the foot. "And you're very handsome as well." She blushed. "I feel a bit foolish for not having realized it before, actually."
