Henry blinked, nearly dumbfounded. "This world's wonders never do cease, it seems," he said quietly, doing his level best to absorb Sonya's words and understand. "I have to wonder now how many innocent individuals that were put to death for witchcraft, simply for being able to exercise that ability."
He shook his head and gestured at the bag Sonya held. "Then I am glad to have brought quite a bit. I would offer to have more delivered, but I got the distinct impression such confections are somewhat frowned upon in the hospital."
