"I don't have it worst of all," he answered the unsaid thought of Emmett's as he sat down on the couch, pretending to watch television. "Stop pacing. You never pace. It's so... human." It was odd to see. Wasn't that part of the game? The props, the movements, all for show in front of humans?
There wasn't a need for it at the moment, and so it unnerved Edward.
"Things will be fine." There was as much conviction in his voice as he could possibly muster.
