They dropped her back so she was lying on her back looking up. Lyssa held her arm out for them to put in a drip and give her the epidural she'd not been given before and hadn't wanted. Since Rain's birth wasn't going to be as normal delivery and to Lyssa's thoughts that it was typical and awkward of anyone in the family the c-section was deemed an emergency proceedure. She frowned at Owen confused and beginning to think a little hazy with the drugs that were now slowly taking effect at the sudden rush of people and other things that were going on around her. So much so that she wasn't even trying to keep paying attention to what was happening then, she just kept holding tight onto Owen's hand as they moved her again and finally she was vaguely aware of them carry out what they had to do to get Rain out.
She tugged on Owen's hand once. "Go on." She whispered. "Get her."
