She frowned, dropping to her knees and sitting. Her eyes were drawn to the street below. She wished they weren't on the roof. The Togruta had always felt a special connection to the ground, even making a habit of going barefoot to be closer to it. And here she was, on top of a building. Was she even really Togruta anymore? She looked more like a fangirl dressing up as one at a convention.
She sighed, shaking her head. She didn't want to learn from Obi-Wan or Qui-Gon. She wasn't really sure what she wanted right now. Part of her just wanted to be back with Anakin Skywalker, by his side again. Even if he would go evil and kill her, part of her still wanted to be with him. She needed time to think about this. Time to process. She still associated her new Master with the old, calling him by the same nickname. Now she had to break that link.
"I have to get down," she said quietly. She climbed back to her feet, walking back to the door to pick up her jacket. "I have to go." She wanted to run. She wanted to feel the earth beneath her feet.
