Lois sighed heavily, wishing at this point she'd kept a bed in her tiny spare room instead of converting it to a workout room and an office. Or she wished that the couch even folded out into a bed so he wouldn't be fighting her on this.
"Look, you just saved the world, again. Let me do this favor for you. I'm not going to tire you out by arguing with you over this. Unless you want me to take you to a hospital to rest, you're using my bed. I promise the sheets are clean. I'm going to be working a lot from home, anyway and probably won't be sleeping much."
