Bill turned to face Soren, putting his hand on the young man's back, running his calloused, strong fingers over the blonde's spine. He said nothing, but he smiled. He knew that Soren was comfortable and happy with the outcome of things, and that was a relief. He wasn't going to worry about his descendant having an issue with the place when his best friend seemed so enamored with it.
"Now, don't assume that just because this house is brand new, that you've got to go easy on it. Do with it what you will, aye?" Bill smiled, slipping his fingers away and looking at the young man with a proud, knowing smile. "If anything, this'll teach you two how to take care of what needs taking care of. If it gets to be too much, I'll help, but this is a lesson in responsibility."
