A few seconds later a piece of paper flew out and read itself, informing him that she'd be ready in a few moments before shredding itself up.
Pansy had always been high maintenance and it hadn't changed when she had come into this world. She was still fully convinced that appearance was everything and she never went anywhere without a bit of makeup.
Pansy also liked making people wait. It was a little guilty pleasure she had, she didn't know why. She just liked making people wait for her. She double-checked the wand in her purse before doing final touches on her hair. She had curled it and put it half up. She was quite happy with it. Today, Pansy was dressed almost casual. She had a black blouse and jeans on, and only one necklace and a few bracelets. Granted, Pansy made even jeans look like dress pants and the heels she wore threw off an illusion of casual.
She didn't know why she bothered when she was going out with Alphonse. He never seemed to notice or care. He did swoon like the boys back in her world had and it bothered her a little. But he was also a lot more innocent than them and that made her curious enough to stick around.
