Grabbing the bag of chips, he rolled up the end and put it back in the pantry after looking over the folder. He was ready for this guy. Faith wasn't willing to kill him - or maybe she was, he didn't know and he sure as hell wasn't going to ask her to. He'd do that himself if it was needed. Sliding his hand across the counter top, he finally lifted himself up and sat on it while he listened to Faith talk about bringing the guy, Malone back so Emily could see that it was just a regular dude and not some demon.
"Could hurt a lot, what if there's somethin' about him that we don't see and somehow ... shit, I dunno. All I know is that I wanna find the guy and lay it into him," he told her, cracking his knuckles as he said it.
"I mean, hey, you could be right. It could snap her out of it, or it could make her a hundred times worse," he said before adding, "And I don't want that to happen to her."
Neither of them did, he was sure. And sitting around in the kitchen talking about this was taking more and more time away from Emily, so Dean hopped off the counter and nodded toward the door. "Let's get this done. Gotta get back to Em."
