He watched her go and laid his head on the counter. What the fuck was he going to do? After a minute, he picked up the menu and called in an order of pancakes and sausage. It wasn't long until it was sitting on top of the table and he was waiting on her. He finally sat down on the couch and turned on the tv and that was where she found him when she got out of the bathroom. Getting up, he walked back over to the table and refilled her mug of coffee and set it on the table.
"Look, I'm sorry, alright?" He said honestly and watched her face. The truth was, he didn't want to lose her, not like this and maybe he was being a little selfish because of what he actually felt for her, but before all of that, they were friends. In this world, he really had no one besides her and Faith.
He sat down and for once, he didn't feel like eating, but he was relieved a little when she picked up her fork and poked around the plate.
