Where: Anne's place in Key West
What: Orphans' Winter Holiday Weekend
Warnings: Maybe! I don't know!
When: Thursday mid-day through whenever the leftovers are gone and/or everyone goes home.
It was balmy, as it usually was, and Anne had both the front and the back doors open, just to keep the turkey from smoking up the house while it roasted and so that she could see people coming from either side.
Right at that moment she was basting the turkey again, her hair braided and looped around her head to keep it out of the way, she was wearing her favorite 'kiss the cook' apron and humming along to the music from the sound system.
(ooc:Party thread folks, food's in the kitchen, games are in the back room, music's in the front, smoking's out on the back patio. Eat, drink, be merry, talk amongst yourselves, don't make a mess and if you do, clean it up. I've got sub-threads for locations, but feel free to start your own, I'm rarely so organized.) |
