Who: Wendy and Stan
What: Getting away from replacement-parents.
When: Yesterday
Warnings: South Park kids have potty mouths. Will update if there's anything else.
Wendy didn't even bother to explore her new room, just stuffed her cell phone in her pocket and raced down the stairs. On the landing she ran into what must be her replacement mom. The two stared at each other for a long moment before recognition seemed to switch on for the woman, and she asked Wendy if she was going out and would she be home in time for dinner? These were simple yes and no questions, which Wendy hastily answered before making her final escape outside.
She crouched down on the porch, huddled in her hoodie and glaring out at this stupid new neighborhood. She couldn't wait to see Stan and get the hell out of here. |
