"A king's court?" She laughed. "Why am I not surprised at all?" But she nodded at him when he told her she could call him something else. "Harry? Well, it's less formal, definitely. Okay. If you want to call me Gabby, you can. No one ever does, but you can." Even her mom never did. Was SHE the formal one? Something to think about, she guessed.
She leaned into his shoulder. "Thanks. I keep saying that and I need to stop!" She laughed a little at all of this. "So, you're saying you're normal, Harry? Hmm, we'll just have to see how normal you are because so far, you seem amazing."
Gabriella snuggled into his arm that he had around her and finally relaxed. She had a friend. A real friend, who wouldn't change who he was for other people or treat her like crap just so he could spend time with other girls or other people.
