The Swede kissed her hand first, before dipping in to her lips, his other hand finding its way to her thigh, squeezing lightly. Of all the things he'd wanted right then, it was those words she'd spoken. He didn't slip away from the kiss until he was out of breath. "I still feels bad abouts it? And I is gots you somethings dats ain'ts because I wanteds to says dat..." He cleared his throat, but continued, "But I wanteds to gets it for you anysways. I..." He stopped there and just reached over to pluck the box from the place he'd set it and offer it to her. "I believes dat you shoulds has nothings but de best sorts of things." He knew he was up in that ranking, that was just a given, but if she was going to be his, she was going to wear nothing but the finest jewelry, be allowed nothing but the finest luxuries, and be doted upon. The necklace was more than a simple trinket. It was platinum and diamonds, with three tiers of squares turned on their corners, positively covered in the stones. From the other corners hung teardrop shapes, with at least two carats of stones in each drop. He thought she'd wear the design well, and he himself was partial to its symmetry and design. There were other necklaces there that had butterflies on them, or love-hearts, or stupid locks and keys that just didn't look at all beautiful, but this stood out to him as something perfect.
