Who: Solvei Samuels and Faith Lehane
What: Sol is in a bad way. Faith to the rescue!
Where: streets of NYC, then a cemetery
When: Night after spending the night at Dean's
Warnings: Blood, violence, EMO
All day long Sol hadn't done much but drink since she'd gotten back from Dean's. After talking to Em she decided it was best to get out of her loft. She didn't put it past Emily to send Faith over anyway and it wasn't that she didn't want to see her friend... she just wanted to be alone. That part in your brain that helps you make the smart decisions instead of the dumb ones? That part in her brain wasn't working right now. All she could think of was her baby and the fight with Dean. How she had hit him. That was the only time in their entire relationship that she had hit him. Instead of going to a bar and having to deal with assholes the first liquor store she saw she went into. She bought a bottle of Jack and just drank as she walked. Not really caring who or what saw her.
After she had drank the whole bottle she was tired of it and threw it as hard as she could into an alley. She stopped to watch and listen as the glass broke into a million pieces. She felt like she could relate to that. The breaking into a million pieces part. It was really all of her fault. It was this place. She wanted her baby. As much as she was glad that Faith and Emily were here she wished that none of them had ever came here. She felt that she deserved to be alone. They were better off back in their world.
Sol really was making herself very easy prey right now. She should've been walking home as quickly as she could but she didn't. And, instead of calling someone for a ride she just kept walking. Who could she really call anyway? Faith or Em? No, because they'd probably be pissed that she hadn't resolved anything with Dean. At that thought she laughed bitterly to herself. All of her friends here were more like acquaintances than anything else. Kyle? She didn't know where to start thinking about that. She probably ruined what she had by last night's fiasco
For some reason she decided that right now would be the best time to go for a slay. Maybe if she could beat the living daylights out of some vamps and demons she would feel a little better. So she started to walk back the way she had came from. Stopping at a rather old large cemetery she went inside. She was so drunk though that she could hardly get her stake out of her jacket pocket.
Not sensing the fledgling vamp it had jumped onto her back and she landed hard onto the ground. It was going for her neck. She pushed up from the ground and twisted and was able to get out from under him. He was on her again and she kicked at him with her legs. The vamp finally went far enough away for Sol to be able to stand up. She heard a growl behind her... another one.
Normally both of these vamps would've been dead by now. The reason why they weren't was mostly because she was drunk but there was also another reason. She wanted to see how bad it would get before her instincts took over and she staked them. There was a part of her, that thought that she deserved for them to beat the crap out of her. Obviously, she wasn't thinking clearly.
"C'mon boys, nows your chance. Take a slayer down on her bad day." She taunted them.
They both jumped her and she just let them. She decided that she'd count to ten in her head before she did anything.
Ten. The first one kicked her in the stomach and the second one punched her in the jaw.
She slumped over a little and stood up straight. Nine. "Slayer... you're not even trying." One of them growled out as he backed up a little. The other one decided that it was his chance he grabbed her by the neck and bit down. Eight. Reflexes made her shove him off clumsily. She couldn't help herself but she still wasn't fighting back.
Seven. Two hits to her face, one to her back to a kidney. Six. The other one grabbed her and threw her into a headstone. Her back hitting it when she landed. Five. Four. She stood up and vamp number one grabbed a hold of her and bit down on her neck. Three. She let him. The other one grabbed the other side of her. Two. The were drinking deep. One. Something took over and she somehow pushed them off. Grabbing her stake off the ground she staked vamp number two as he charged her again. He ran into her stake.
Feeling woozy she couldn't stand on her feet any longer. Dropping to her knees the last one jumped on top of her again and she couldn't seem to push him off this time. She'd lost a lot of blood and had taken quite a beating. Her eyes closed and she saw her baby's face, smiling up at her. Yeah, this wouldn't be so bad.
