Rose couldn't ever remember being blonde, and she wouldn't have known any other Doctor except for the Eighth one. And for some reason he had thought she was dead? She didn't remember dying. But at least she remembered him, that was all that mattered to her. And so she waited, not sure if she should go and say goodbye to anyone else in the house or not.

When she heard the sound of the TARDIS landing, she headed out of the door, calling out she'd be back later just in case and went to go find the TARDIS.

He had barely been here a week and already he hated this place. It was playing way too much with the emotions he had left in him. A mixture of fear and anger swelled within him at how this universe had cruelly brought his Rose back to life to him, and he just had a feeling she would not remain. She would always be this ghost that haunted every moment of his life.

The TARDIS touched down in Cardiff just outside of the house where all of them resided. Just like a family. He missed having something like this. He had had that much with Rose. She was his Rose. Without the badness and the heavy weight on their shoulders. He always seemed less moody with her.

	Spotting the TARDIS, she went over to it and put her key in to see if it would still work. It did surprisingly enough and she pushed open the door to see if he was there, and smiled when she saw him. "Hi.." she greeted brightly, wanting so bad to hug him, and so she went over and did it without thinking, holding onto him tightly. "I've missed you." (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

He'd just lifted his head from the console at the sound of the door unlocking, and nothing was sweeter to him than the sight of the familiar brunette waltzing in like she very well owned the place. It was like she'd never left him. All of a sudden her arms were around him, and there was no holding back the floodgate of emotion in him as he wrapped his arms around her in return, squeezing her tightly. His twin hearts beat furiously in his chest, and he felt like he'd never ever let go of her.

"Oh, God..." his voice croaked just a little as he buried his face in her hair. She smelled the same, felt the same. "Three years, I've been waiting.."

She could feel the emotion pouring out from him even before she had hugged him. Three whole years, she didn't know that she'd done that much damage just by being gone. Out of all the stupid things to do, to go and get killed. She hugged him even tighter and rubbed his back, "I'm here.. " she said softly. The occasions when he'd shown this much emotion was pretty rare. She couldn't just stand there.

"It's gonna be okay.." she said softly.

As much as this reunion was sweet, it was going to kill him later because he knew it wouldn't last. Things like this here never lasted long. "No, it's not," came the soft tone finally. "I'll lose you in time, just like before. This won't last..." And he took a deep breath. He wanted to pull himself away from her, and just step back a minute from all of this, but he wouldn't let himself. His arms were firmly locked, and it'd take a lot for him to let her go right now.

After another minute or so, he turned his head, burying his face against her neck, inhaling the scent of her skin and hair, just basking in everything that was her. He'd rather die than lose this.

Rose was definitely confused about what he meant, "What do you mean? I'm here.. I'm not going anywhere. I know you.. think.. thought I was dead but that's before all this. And I'm here.." she just looked up at him exasperatedly because she didn't know what else to do. She wasn't exactly going to let him go either.

She just held onto him and rubbed his back, "I'm sorry.. I didn't mean to.. die on you.. I'd never..." she trailed off.

"This place, it's strange. There's talk of how people appear and disappear all of the time for now reason. And this--this epidemic of other turning into variations of themselves. Like you. There was a blonde Rose Tyler that I met days ago. I'm not certain you are her, but if you are, then...you'll leave if this all fades away. You won't be my Rose anymore." He didn't know how else to put it, and he wasn't known for sugar coating the truth. Slowly, he pulled away and looked down at her, his hand, now very rough and callused, touched her cheek and then her lips, trailing over them lightly. "It wasn't your fault you died. I should have just protected you. People are killed in wars all of the time, innocent bystanders as well as soldiers."

That was all crazy and confusing, but she learned to deal with crazy and confusing from the Doctor years and years ago. "Well.. I.. want to tell you I won't, but if you think so. I mean you know more then me. But listen to me. No matter what my hair color is? No matter what universe I'm from? I'm always going to be here for you." she blushed when he touched her, instinctively licking her lips when he passed over them. "Our world is.. horrible and scary and lots of people died. I never meant to leave you alone. I'm sorry."

The tip of her tongue barely brushed his fingertips, but it was enough to make the blush creep into his own cheeks. "This place is better than where we were. No wars or constant battles. It's fairly peaceful here." Still, his hands never ceased in their motions. He just liked feeling her pressed against him so close, the softness of her skin. "Stop apologizing for something that wasn't your fault. I don't want to waste what little time we might have."

"Peace? I'm not really sure I know what to do with peace.. but I'm just glad you're here.." she really liked when he touched her, it seemed to comfort her in a way that nothing else could. "All right.. well then what do you want to do with the time we have.. left.. if that's what this is.." she really didn't want to leave him behind either, it was written all over her face.

"I should tell you..." and he stopped in the middle of that thought, and instead, he wrapped his arms around her waist and lifted her up from the ground, and carried her over to the console where he plopped her down. "I should have told you countless times...and I was too cowardly to do it," and before he knew it, he was crushing his lips against hers, his fingers threaded deep in her locks.

Before she realized what was going on, she was scooped up into his arms and brought over to the console, looking at him questioningly. She wanted to say something, but he was kissing her roughly, and she let out this little whimpering moan when her mouth pressed back against his. Maybe she'd been waiting for that as long as he had. Her hands slid around him, up his back and she sighed into his mouth.

This was no place for him to be doing this, but he was having a hard time trying to drag her to the back of the TARDIS where his bedroom resided. He'd lost so much time with her, and he had three years to make up for in the span of however long they had. "Should have said I love you...when I had the chances...should have told you..." he said between rough kisses, his hands snaking underneath her shirt to touch the bare skin of her back.
