Ollie falling knocked her out of her tunnel vision for a moment. The quips, too, were something she wasn't used to. None of the dumb criminals she fought on the street managed to say anything remotely witty.
A little off-center still and without time to dodge, she pulled up her arms into a guard position, but one of the blows got past. And the kiss. She raised an eyebrow.
"I'll keep that in mind," she started, and as she was saying the last word, she aimed another strong kick at him, hoping to make him stumble back a few steps. They weren't too far from the wall, and if she could position him against that, pushing her advantage might be more fun.
