Rhodey winced and scratched at the back of his head. "I'm not gonna hear the end of this one ever, am I?" He tried to look all offended, he really did, but he had to admit that if the roles had been reversed he'd be doing the same thing. Finally he just snorted and shook his head. "Nah. Wedding was on Sunday, so the honeymoon didn't even get started." And he was thanking his lucky stars for that one. "We pretty much went our separate ways this morning." Which was for the best, really, since someone had commented on Remus' marriage proposal talking about how someone named "padfoot" was going to kill him. He had no idea who that was, but wasn't eager to find out if it was true.
He also noticed Tony's wife enter and take a seat on the couch. He didn't comment, figuring she'd say hello when she was ready, but he did grin at Tony and clap him on the arm. "You did good, Tony," he said quietly, so she wouldn't overhear. "Congratulations, by the way. Sorry I wasn't here for it."
