Sam, feeling incredibly romantic, swept her up into his arms and kissed her. He carried her into what he presumed was her living room (although he didn't quite care at the moment) and sat down on a sofa with her in his lap. He continued to pet at her, stroke her softly and murmur sweet words into her ear.
