More than anything else, Tom was just glad Huck was around. He was an anchor from the past, the good times, and he reminded Tom of where he came from. Tom was glad to see him and just wanted, after this long week, to relax with his friend.

Getting through traffic was annoying, even on a ninja and he wove and slipped through traffic slowly, carefully.

He muttered as he did so, blithely ignoring the shouts, and gestures.

It was better than shooting them, obviously.

He kept telling himself that, anyway.

Soon, he was parking, and walking into the restaurant.

"Yeah. Is Huck here, yet?"

They had been there a couple times already.
