Ianto wasn't scrambling to get away, which given his state then seemed to be a big deal. He sniffed taking a deep breath trying to regain some of his normal composure. Though that in the situation wasn't really relevant.
"This is the point we start shouting at each other again." He finally said, quietly not sure if he was joking or being serious. "Telling me how pathetic I am."
