She had no desire to sit there and watch her husband die, or at least the man that looked just like her husband. It was unnatural and wrong, but she was a doctor, and so she thought she should be there. And be there for Tony. She knew that he cared about Pepper of course, she couldn't really change that, and she wanted to be there for him more then anything.
"Okay.." she told him, putting her hand on his shoulder. Pepper had kind of faded into unconsciousness this time, she barely heard what was going on around her either. The pain was overwhelming and only giving into the unconsciousness seemed to get her to stop shaking. The tattoo continued to grow up over her thighs. "I'd say.. by tomorrow maybe? Or tonight..
