Sammy kept his pose of hiding behind his brother's legs. There were so many strangers in his house, and it was starting to upset him. His lower lip wibbled out as he clung to Dean's thigh for dear life and fear of everything.
"Dee?" he asked, voice wobbly and watery. "Where Daddy? Up, now. Dee? Up." Sammy was scared, and this beat out the need for waffleses.
