Kitty held him close as he carried her, smiling. Being one of the X-Men she had to be strong, being a teacher she had to stand firm. But being in Peter's arms she felt small, and protected. It was so comforting.

When he told her no phasing the hum made sense and she smiled. "Genius."

She pulled him by his collar for a kiss before he started undressing her, moving to help him when he did.
