That was, Emmeline supposed, the silver lining to her story. She'd been out of commission for years, useless even when she was conscious. On the other hand, Voldemort hadn't been able to modify her memory and make her believe in him. It was something to be thankful for.
"Is there anything going on to fix it?" she asked. "I know that there have been attacks on the Death Eaters -- on people that they care about, even. I've been keeping track of those, in the hopes of finding some of those people, organizing them towards something more useful. I think most have been killed now, though. Poor sods." She understood their anger, she really did. But attacking the family and friends of Death Eaters was only going to make the mess bigger, and it made them no better than their enemy.
