Gilbert laughed. "I believe you might say that I was the one watching the others do something like that and learning. Of course, I never doubted my mother when she told me something would hurt me. She seemed rather to know better than I did." He smiled as he looked at her for a moment. Hestia was special and he hardly needed his mother to tell him so.
"That sounds like a splendid idea. It has been far too long since I have done something of the like." In truth, he could not even remember when the last time was. He wished his mind were not still so fuzzy about all the details. Perhaps whatever was effecting the important memories was also doing the same to less important ones.
