There was a small nod at her words. "Far easier than broken bones. I would have had the proper potions on hand, however." At that he did pull out small bottle. "I do have a potion that will help make it feel a little better. A bit of a pain reliever and will help with the swelling. It may not taste the best, but one can never expect those sort of things to taste as good as we would like them to."
Gilbert's brow furrowed slightly. "I can see why you were sorted into Gryffindor," he said with a hint of amusement to his voice. No, not all Gryffindors liked to get themselves in fights, but both of his older brothers had been Gryffindors. The two of them were so different from him. He couldn't help but think that Edward might have been a Gryffindor too. Was he really so different from them all? "I suppose you might say so. If I had been, perhaps we would have been in the same house."
