Gilbert's eyes focused on her face quietly for a moment. Oh, that made him feel a little strange. He pushed it away and settled next to her on the couch. His eyes studied her for a moment before he pulled out his wand to do a few diagnostic spells. Everyone knew those...right? It was hardly over learning. Hardly that at all. He hummed thoughtfully. "Luckily for you it is not broken. Just heavily bruised."
He opened his bag quietly pulling out some salve. "This part should help soothe the cut," he said quietly. Why he was explaining what he was doing, he could not be sure of. He just knew he was explaining his actions. He dabbed some of the salve over the cut on her hand, smiling a little. "Mother used to have a bag like this when we were younger and got ourselves into scrapes. Though, to be honest, it was usually Albert and Nigel that got into scrapes. I had a few run ins with accidental scrapes, but I do not suppose I ran around much then."
