"A Muggle, yes," Draco said, a slight smirk on his face at the question. He wasn't a bounty hunter, he didn't normally make a habit of keeping anyone chained in his dungeons, much less magical folk.
He was willing to give Fletcher the time he needed to figure out who it was, but it didn't seem to be obvious enough. Draco had just opened his mouth to explain, when he saw understanding dawn on the other man's face. "Yes," he said. "I didn't get a terribly close look at him, unfortunately, but I did what I could. I was in the mood for a little bit of revenge, if only on a doppelganger. Would you like to join me?"
