There was no real need for Fletcher to introduce himself. Draco didn't know him particularly well outside of their shared dedication to the Dark Lord and Ministry jobs, mostly through Pansy talking about her brother. However, when Fletcher entered the dungeon, Draco smiled back in the dim light, a wicked smile.
Instead of answering, he gestured to the man tied up and hanging from manacles set in the wall. "Look familiar?" he asked. It wasn't anyone either of them new, but a Muggle chosen simply because he looked rather like the man that Pansy had killed. Currently unconscious, because Draco hadn't wanted to deny his guest the pleasure of seeing their victim's expressions upon realizing where he was. Whether Fletcher would realize immediately what they were doing, or even recognize the man for the doppelganger he was supposed to be, Draco wasn't sure, but he would explain if necessary.
