"London's good," Millicent said. She shrugged, "Not really. Got a lot of criers these days."
She didn't like the people who cried. There were ways to shut them up, of course, but when she had to do that for multiple people, it got bothersome. There was that, and she also hadn't been letting as many people into Azkaban for fun recently, even her fellow Death Eaters (though of course she'd let them in if they had an important reason to be there). The break-in (and subsequent break-out) at Azkaban had made their security tighten, and Millicent's mood had been much blacker ever since.
