Theodore watched her a bit numbly for a moment, absorbing everything that she was saying. Not only was that a sudden burst of information, where moments before she'd barely managed to string two words together, but there was new information in that, too. Merlin, her ex-fiance had been terrible. He'd known that, of course, and he wasn't really the vengeful type - though he would have protected Tracey from anything that Blaine tried to do in the future, of course - but this was different.
"It's alright," he said, setting aside the letter to take her hands. "It'll be alright, I mean. There are safehouses for people who have been abused, do you remember I told you I could find you a safe place, when you first came to me? I can make sure she's safe."
Well, it wasn't quite that simple if the girl didn't want to be put into a safehouse. If she insisted on going back to him - which happened, Theodore had seen it happen - there was very little even a well meaning healer could do. Unless... well, Theodore wasn't just limited to his abilities as a healer, of course.
