"That's what I thought," she laughed, "I put my Slytherin roots to work." She loved her shop, very much. It was probably her most prized possession in this world, aside from herself, of course.
She grinned and looked at her half eaten half of chocolate scone before handing it over. "Finish this off then, so I can focus my energies on my delicious coffee," she smiled. "Poetry? That's really great. I wish I had the creativity to write. I tried once, but it ended up being a potions ingredients shopping list," she teased, "Roses are red, mandrake roots are brown, don't brew lacewing flies for too long, or else they might drown." Oh, Merlin, that was so terrible she couldn't help but to laugh at herself. That was something she was doing a lot of around him--laughing and smiling. It was very, very refreshing.
At his off-hand comment, though, she had to admit that she was very curious. "Oh? Now you have me intrigued. You can't intrigue me and then not follow through," she grinned with playful wickedness.
