Pansy smiled and swallowed the bit of scone that was in her mouth. "I was awake far too early as I normally open the shop at six. Brought out new stock until Margaret got there at eight and then I hung out in my back room for the rest of the afternoon, working on filling orders, experimenting with some ideas I had over the weekend and starting new batches of things we're out of," she scrunched her nose at how boring and uptight her day sounded in comparison to his. "It doesn't sound very exciting but I'm kind of a potions junkie in that I get really excited just thinking about new ways to brew things and pushing boundaries and exploring properties." She laughed at how nerdy she sounded. She left out the part where she read a few more chapters in the old tome she'd found on transmutation that she'd making notes in on the margins. It was an easy omission, she was so used to keeping that part of her interests to herself that it was second nature not to talk about it.
"Maybe I should have been a rockstar so that I could sleep in," she joked. "I play a mean air guitar."
