Colin had been absolutely certain that his sandwich and apple would have gotten him out of the lunch. It made him a little sad that he had to say no, however. He hadn't gotten to speak to anyone for a while. He let out a small sigh, taking not that Zach's feet hadn't moved from his vision.
At the feeling of Zach's hand under his chin, Colin looked up, a confused expression on his face. He gave him a slightly confused look, not sure what he meant by all that. "We are?" He found himself momentarily lost for thinking of anything relatively sensible while Zach's hand was on his chin. When Zach spoke again, he was broken out of his thoughts.
"I've never had it before," he admitted quietly, eyes dropping to the ground. He didn't know if that was going to make him appear very strange to Zach. "I wasn't...able to before. We just had whatever Mum cooked."
