It didn't take as long as Tonks had expected for the Patronus to get back to her, but it still felt like ages. Long enough, at least, for her to eat her pizza and take a shower. (And thank Merlin it hadn't come while she was in the shower, she'd probably have cracked her head open, klutz that she was.)
When she was finished listening, she immediately summoned her Patronus to reply, "Don't be ridiculous, Harry, I'm already involved. And you need all the help you can get, so don't think you can push me out of this. Rescuing Lovegood is important, but keeping you safe is important as well. If we can avoid you going anywhere near Azkaban, where you could easily get caught, then we need to try."
She sighed, plopping down on the edge of the couch. "Merlin I really wish we could have this whole conversation in person, Harry. Talking like this is so frustrating." She ran her hands through her short pink hair, frowning when it grew long and brown under her fingers. "I know you don't want me involved, Harry, but like I said I already am. And besides, I might be your best bet. Polyjuice is good to a point, but it has a time limit. And you can only change into one person. I can change into anyone or any creature, and... well, if anyone can get into Azkaban in disguise, I guess it'd be me." Fuck. Remus wasn't going to like this at all. "Unless you have any other ideas?"
