"Fair enough," Ella said. She was unapologetic about her attitude or the way she chose to go about things. If Barlow or his mates couldn't protect themselves, they didn't need to be involved in this, anyway. She wasn't going to intentionally make things difficult for them or anyone wanting to get in on the fight, but if it was a matter of her survival, she would always choose to survive. If her own survival meant everyone else got out of it, too, even better.
She nodded once, acknowledging his words. "Right, then. When do you propose we make the first move, then? I have an advantage here, I can tell you exactly when our destination will be quietest."
