Terrence laughed at her threat, the snowball hitting him in the back of the leg as he ran. He had expected it, but didn't see it coming with his back turned, and wasn't worried about whether he would get hit with the snowballs, not really.
It was probably good for him to get back into the swing of things this way, too; put himself in a play fight situation before he got into another magical duel or physical tussle. He was fairly certain his mind wouldn't fall apart on him next time so long as Alek wasn't there, but he couldn't be absolutely sure. Right now, his head didn't hurt at all.
He ducked behind a tree and started making another snowball, jumping out to hurl it in her direction as she got closer.
