Dinner had been taken on his stomach, with his chin resting on his hand. It had been far more comfortable than sitting. That really wasn't comfortable at the moment, beyond that. And Zach wasn't going to sit before Theo helped fix him up. And his back may not have been the one to have hands clawing at it, but the wall held its own.
Zach was in his room by the time Theo got there. A bed beat the floor at the moment, but he slid back off the bed, standing to go meet Theo. It made him wince slightly. His thighs were...in an excellent kind of pain, but it was edging on the more painful side at the moment. "Hey," Zach called out as he came down the hallway toward Theo, slowly. "Thanks for coming." Sure Zach assumed Theo would, but he was still grateful.
