"I know it isn't enough," he admitted, his gaze glancing down. "I miss the old days. I miss when we didn't care about any of this...or have you cared all along?" He asked, turning his head up to her.
"Lav...I swear...if you'd have said something...we'd be in a different spot now," he whispered. "Dean wouldn't...even have been a factor."
He felt as if he was betraying Dean admitting this, but it was true. If she had just told him that she wanted something more...he'd have given it to her. He had loved her for ages now, he just didn't realize she wanted commitment. It was hard for him to consider and he was sure they'd have been able to make their own way.
But she hadn't said a word. She disappeared and he made the decision to go on with Dean, whom he also loved. Lord...he fucked up royally. He groaned, placing his head in his hand before laughing just slightly. "Is he now? My type?"
