Millicent never really knew what to wear to parties, but at least at Pansy's party, she knew that the expectations for her were already low enough to be able to meet them. Pansy had known her for a while, and yet still insisted that Millicent attend her parties for some reason that Millicent could not fathom. Tonight she was wearing black pants, a black shirt, a black dragonhide jacket, and a red checkered scarf that was her only concession to the holiday spirit. Fucking holidays.
But it wasn't so bad, really. Pansy's parties were more bearable than most, and she was going with Bayleigh, who didn't seem to mind heading out of the party to get fresh air or just talking between the two of them when Millicent didn't feel like socializing with anyone else.
She shrugged, but then nodded in answer to Bayleigh's question, and headed under the charmed archway. "You want to see if there's cocoa? Or at least something chocolatey?"
