Bayleigh was nervous. She still wasn't certain if she was going to be welcome at the party and no matter what she told herself to try and calm down, it wasn't working. She'd gone and changed her outfit three times before Millie's arrival at her house, finally settling on an outfit that made her feel comfortable and like herself, while still looking like she had dressed up. She chose a blue cocktail dress with a grey cardigan jumper to wear if it got chilly along with a matching necklace and bracelet made of white gold with star charms. She felt she looked rather nice but even her short span of self confidence wasn't enough to push away her nervousness.
When Millie had arrived, Bayleigh assumed it best to just go ahead and get going. She wasn't sure where Amortentia was, so she casually suggested that they do a side along apparation, and as her feet hit the ground, she couldn't help but grin in momentary excitement. She hadn't actually been to a party like this before. Sure, she had attended her gala, but that was nothing compared to this. This almost seemed like it could be fun.
She let go of Millie's hand, though she didn't want to, and looked to the girl. "Ready?"
