Pansy was exceptionally glad that Draco was one of the first guests to arrive. She would have had fun at her party regardless of what had happened the day before because she would have wanted to make the most of her situation, but there was absolutely no denying that Draco being her date tonight made her actually really look forward to the evening. With her heels on, she was a bit closer to Draco's height, but not by much. She still had to lean up to press her lips chastely to the corner of his mouth in greeting, the hand wearing her gemmed-snake ring resting on his arm.
"I can't say I am opposed to matching you obviously, but I promise the green on my toes is absolutely our little secret," she smiled, tucking her hair behind her ear. It was so easy to feel light-hearted with him here, so easy to smile to the point where it reached her eyes. Her nerves fluttered pleasantly and she was infinitely glad that they were here together.
Pansy knelt down by the tree and picked up one of the bags and handed it to him. "I am giving this to you with the understanding that I am going to be stealing all of the dark chocolate from it," she smirked.
