"Then I suppose it's a good idea that you dressed warmly! Since it's colder outside than in your home." At least she hoped so. Did people prefer chilly weather? Daphne was much more of a summer sun type of girl, but she was often surprised by how different others were in comparison to herself. The fact that people could dislike warm weather, or beaches, even, was something she couldn't quite get over. Maybe it was her role to show them they were wrong!
"Well, I brought everything we need to get started, save the snow. Since that is the most important part, we should probably get started with making the body. Have you ever made a snowman before?" Without thinking, Daphne kneeled down into the snow and began to pack it between her gloved hands. It took her a few seconds to realize that her bare knees were, indeed, going to get covered in ice...but there really wasn't much she could do about that now, was there? So she merely laughed at her thoughtlessness, and continued the lesson.
"If we push it together enough, it will hold up so we can make the snowballs bigger and sturdier so they last longer! That way the snow-spy's girlfriend won't melt away before he does."
