He really didn't have to resist the urge to hug her; Romilda wouldn't have minded at all. Colin had a little brother sort of vibe that made her want to take him under her wing, and protect him from the world. There were a lot of scary people in the world, people she was supposed to be fighting. She did her job to protect innocent people like him.
"Awesome!" she said, glad that he'd gotten the picture he wanted. "I'd love to see it when it's developed." It would probably be weird, because she didn't think Muggle pictures moved. Did they? But that fascinated her a little bit, too. "Man, you know what would be perfect to commemorate this occasion? Some of my cookies. I should have brought some along. But I could send you some back!"
If she could figure out how Muggle post worked, that was. Which was kind of unlikely, so she really shouldn't have said that. Was it worse to get his hopes up and not be able to send it or accidentally send it by owl and potentially freak him out? She didn't know. "Or, maybe we could make tomorrow snow angel making day somewhere. And I could bring cookies and cocoa."
