Theodore smiled at the sight of her. He understood her wariness; these weren't exactly the safest times to be living in. He didn't know quite what Fleur's situation was these days, but he hoped that it wasn't terribly dangerous.
He took her hand warmly, grinning back as he held it and covered it with his other. "It's been a long time," he said. "Too long, I think. We should catch up after I've seen to my little patient." Fleur having a baby was a little strange to him, since it spoke of how much time had passed since he'd seen her. "How is she?"
