When they reached the park, he looked around. The number of children made his nose wrinkle. He knew they were Muggles, but the idea of killing little kids didn't settle well with him. "Fun. Right." First he had to get these kids out of the way. He pulled out his wand, quietly casting Imperius and making them leave the park. No need to let kids end up in the middle of archery practice. All he could think about was Pansy as a little girl and the way she'd run around the house.
Once he'd gotten the kids out of the way, he turned back to the adults. A happy little grin found its way onto his face. He picked a few people that looked promising, he moved closer, putting them under the Imperius curse. "Shirts off." He watched as they did what he said and told them to stand still as he painted targets on them.
