Terrence was fairly sure the bows would do the job. But if they didn't, there was plenty of room for him to correct them; he wasn't one to give in to temporary hurdles, or even temporary failure. If at first you don't succeed, try again - so long as it was for the sake of fun, or something equally important. "Oh," he said with a smirk, "I definitely think we'll want to use these more than once."
His grin also widened when he saw that Fletcher was having trouble controlling his excitement. There was no reason to contain excitement, so far as Terrence was concerned, unless controlling your emotions was necessary to avoid risking your life. But then again, happy, a bit reckless, and excited about whatever he was doing was a baseline for Terrence. If he wasn't laughing and at least appearing to enjoy himself, something was wrong.
Following Fletcher towards the door, he shifted the bows briefly on his shoulder. "If you know a place where Muggles are easily found for entertainment purposes, by all means, lead the way," he said. "If not, suppose we could just pick a direction and start looking."
