"I made all of it," Patience said happily. "The wreath, the basket - well, I didn't make the jar the cider is in, I don't work with glass."
Maybe she should, though. Glass blowing sounded like a lot of fun, something she would probably enjoy, when she had the time to devote to another hobby. Especially this time of year, she didn't. Sometimes she nearly forgot to take King for a run if there were things that needed to be accomplished in the morning - she'd start working immediately after waking, and then suddenly it would be sunset.
"Maybe I'll try," she said, watching him with King. King was giving his happy wolfish grin again, the one he usually gave when someone he liked was paying attention to him. It made her chuckle. "Or maybe I'll give him another month to get used to me, even though we've already bonded."
Although, maybe if Chastity were there, she and her hound could stay with King and keep him safe, even if he was afraid of Patience. "I'd like his company on the full. I just don't want him running off and not coming back."
