Fletcher smirked slightly. "I'll get right on it, shall I?" He wondered idly as to what charms could be used to teach paper to "sting". Then again, there was always just charming them to attack the person in question. The thought made him laugh. Oh, that would be very amusing. Lucky for him, he was good at affecting innocence.
He watched the other man quietly for a moment, as everything sunk in, in a manner of speaking. It wasn't a very elongated moment of surprise, but it was good enough. Not that he was out to make everyone surprised or think happily on it...all the time. Sometimes, however, it did make him a little amused.
"How wonderful. We'll have to set up a time to test them, then." He smiled a little, playing idly with the now flattened folded paper in his hands. "It was probably for the best, really. Pansy is always going on about how I need to take a little more focus off thinking and do something hands on. Though, I admit I did read up on it a little before actually doing anything with it. I'd hate for our arrows not to hit their intended targets, after all."
